We're looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join our client's expanding help desk team. In this role, you'll engage with customers to support their day-to-day IT needs via phone, email, and ticketing systems, while handling escalations within the helpdesk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd line support through ticketing systems, remote access, and monitoring tools
  • Troubleshoot hardware issues (PCs, laptops) and replace components as needed
  • Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, Azure, and Windows OS
  • Assist with basic server, infrastructure, and networking issues

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an IT helpdesk environment
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude
  • Solid knowledge of networking, Windows OS, and Microsoft 365
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car (preferred)
