About the school

We work with a variety of schools across Bristol who cater for children and young people aged between 4-19 years whose special needs cover a broad spectrum of medical, physical, social, emotional and moderate learning difficulties. Every school aims to allow each pupil to develop their full potential, not only academically, but as independent citizens, in a positive, caring and supportive environment. Part-time and full-time positions available. 

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Teaching Assistant for SEND you will:

  • Have a calm, patient and empathetic nature.
  • Have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Have a desire to engage and support children and young people in learning and education.
  • Previous experience of working in an educational or care setting with children, young people or vulnerable adults with learning difficulties.

Salary

£300 to £450 per week

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.
