Product Support Assistant

Monday - Friday 

9 am - 6 pm 

£32,000 - £35,000 per annum 

I am currently recruiting for a strong administrator with excellent customer service skills, analysis and ideally from an insurance background. This role involves conducting research into competitor activities, handling and actioning member feedback, creating insightful findings and analysis. Additionally, supporting the development of new products and contributing to the successful delivery of projects. 

Duties:

  • Deliver technical product support to both the team and contact centre, resolving internal and external queries 
  • Conduct competitor research performing reviews of competitors and products and presenting findings 
  • Identify and address gaps in knowledge, products and processes through query management, member feedback and call listening
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project delivery and independently manage smaller projects 
  • Oversee the sign-off process for documentation, marketing and promotional activities
  • Administrative support to the managers, including organising meetings, preparing slide packs, taking minutes, managing stock control and ensuring follow-through on actions
  • Perform medical screenings for travel insurance and assist the contact centre and emergency services team, analysing trends and recommending improvements for efficiency and member experience
  • Participate in internal and external meetings, contributing technical expertise
  • Ensure customer documentation is accurate and user-friendly
  • Assist the claims and complaints team with various tasks, such as sending surveys, managing logs, and updating members
  • Maintain and update processes, procedures, and guides, ensuring they are documented and reviewed annually
  • Represent the organisation at events and exhibitions, including weekends
  • Complete at least 15 hours of continuous professional development annually
