Lloyd Recruitment Services are working with a leading sports and hospitality organisation on the outskirts of Crawley, who are looking to hire an Administrator to join their thriving team.

This is an amazing opportunity to get your foot in the door within the luxury events market, with scope for international travel and tangible progression routes.

This is a busy and exciting role, where no two days will be the same!

Key Duties of the Administrator:

  • Providing a high level of administrative support to multiple business functions
  • Assisting with daily operational tasks
  • Responding to inbound enquiries via email and phone
  • Sending out financial statements and following up on invoices
  • Support the MD's PA; managing diaries, coordinating travel and any other duties as required
  • Completing data entry tasks to a high standard of accuracy

Personal Specification:

  • Experience within a fast-paced office environment
  • Savvy, can do approach and superb work ethic
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office applications)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Open and positive approach to supporting teams in a variety of duties
  • Experience with accounts software or CRM systems (advantageous)
  • Passion for events sector (desirable)
