Lloyd Recruitment Services are working with a leading sports and hospitality organisation on the outskirts of Crawley, who are looking to hire an Administrator to join their thriving team.

This is a busy and exciting role, where no two days will be the same!
Key Duties of the Administrator:
- Providing a high level of administrative support to multiple business functions
- Assisting with daily operational tasks
- Responding to inbound enquiries via email and phone
- Sending out financial statements and following up on invoices
- Support the MD's PA; managing diaries, coordinating travel and any other duties as required
- Completing data entry tasks to a high standard of accuracy
Personal Specification:
- Experience within a fast-paced office environment
- Savvy, can do approach and superb work ethic
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office applications)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Open and positive approach to supporting teams in a variety of duties
- Experience with accounts software or CRM systems (advantageous)
- Passion for events sector (desirable)
