What you'll be doing -
- Championing customer service excellence, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Managing formal complaints efficiently, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
- Leading and developing a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Investigating and resolving escalated complaints, including those directed to senior leadership.
- Collaborating with internal teams to identify trends, implement improvements, and enhance the overall member experience.
- Monitoring feedback and using data insights to drive service enhancements.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and organisational policies.

- Proven experience in complaints management and customer service.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Google Docs/Sheets, Microsoft Office, and email systems.
