Customer Service Account Executive

Monday - Friday 9 am -6 pm or 8:00 am - 5 pm with hybrid working pattern.

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is crucial? If so, I am representing a key client of ours who is looking for a customer service account executive.

Purpose of the Role: 

As a Customer Service Account Executive, you will be the first point of contact for their Fulfilment Clients. To understand their unique requirements and deliver top-notch customer support via telephone and email.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve day-to-day queries related to order processing and customer correspondence.
  • Utilise their client and in-house ticketing system to provide timely updates on client queries.
  • Collaborate with Accounts and Warehouse teams to address any issues that may impact order shipment.
  • Provide detailed information to nominated Account Managers.
  • Log internal and external customer issues, proposing solutions where needed.

Key skills:

  • Proven customer service experience, meeting deadlines and SLA commitments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building customer relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain high accuracy in work.
  • Own transport essential (occasional travel to customer sites in the Southeast of England).
