Customer Service Account Executive
Monday - Friday 9 am -6 pm or 8:00 am - 5 pm with hybrid working pattern.

Purpose of the Role:Â
As a Customer Service Account Executive, you will be the first point of contact for their Fulfilment Clients. To understand their unique requirements and deliver top-notch customer support via telephone and email.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve day-to-day queries related to order processing and customer correspondence.
- Utilise their client and in-house ticketing system to provide timely updates on client queries.
- Collaborate with Accounts and Warehouse teams to address any issues that may impact order shipment.
- Provide detailed information to nominated Account Managers.
- Log internal and external customer issues, proposing solutions where needed.
Key skills:
- Proven customer service experience, meeting deadlines and SLA commitments.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building customer relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain high accuracy in work.
- Own transport essential (occasional travel to customer sites in the Southeast of England).
