Customer Service Administrator - Italian Speaking

£26,000 to £28,000

Monday to Friday- 09:00 am to 05:30 pm

East Grinstead - Due to location, you must have your own vehicle

Our client is hiring an Italian speaking Administrator to join their welcoming and friendly team to provide administration support across the business.

This is a busy and varied role with a range of different tasks. Main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Enrolling customers who are interested in services and sending out confirmation emails
  • Answering queries pre and post enrolment in both English and Italian
  • Processing all cancellation or deferral requests
  • Rescheduling start dates
  • Checking and approving any requests from customer concerning additional support

To be successful in this role you must be able to multitask, have excellent attention to detail, possess a confident phone manner and be a strong team player. The role will suit a candidate with a flexible, positive can-do attitude and flexible approach to their work.
