ARe you looking to work with a world class business who are looking for a driven Services Coordinator to join their team? This role is crucial in providing top-notch support for sales and services to a diverse portfolio of customers and internal staff. Day-to-day duties of the role:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, handling a wide range of queries related to orders, products, and returns.
  • Build and develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Manage order processing and fulfilment for assigned customers.
  • Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email regarding supplied parts and services.
  • Liaise with company partners for all service enquiries and orders.
  • Monitor customer and supplier financial accounts.
  • Produce customer order acknowledgements and log orders onto the company ERP system.
  • Support customer complaints management in line with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  • Monitor orders for delivery expectations and liaise with other departments to determine stock availability.
  • Handle stock queries and expedite the dispatch of goods.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation for Services Support staff and visiting customers.
  • Provide hospitality to all visiting customers and representatives.
  • Offer telephone and email technical support for company-supported products.
  • Issue quotations and create sales/work orders.
  • Refer all customer correspondence to available field engineers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in MS Office and PC-based engine diagnostics/programming.
  • Accurate data entry skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Organised approach to tasks and capable of working on own initiative.
  • Experience in a customer service environment.
  • Ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing requirements.
  • Clean full UK Driving Licence.
  • On-the-job training will be provided for all relevant business IT systems.
