An exciting temporary opportunity has arisen for bilingual candidates with an interest in Travel & Tourism! This vacancy is to join a well established organisation in central East Grinstead as a Duty Officer. This is a full time temporary role for the busy summer holiday period until August.

This busy and varied role will see you paying a pivotal role in providing practical assistance to customers which will include managing all incoming call and emails, maintaining clear and complete records and escalating any issues as required.

Your customer focused approach to work, ability to manage multiple tasks at any one time, excellent attention to detail combined with well-developed communication skills, both in English and French, will enable you to excel in this role.

Due to the nature of the role, a level of flexibility is required as this role works on a 4-week rota which covers a working week of 35 hours between 8am and 9pm Monday - Sunday.
