Purpose of the Job:Reed Crawley are working on behalf of a key client seeking  Data Subject Request Administrators to join their Data Security Compliance Team for a 4-month period. You will work closely with the team to fulfil data subject requests.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and complete subject access and erasure requests under the UK GDPR, guided by the Data Security Compliance Team.
  • Enhance internal documentation and communication templates for data subject requests to ensure clarity and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with UK data protection legislation and meet legal deadlines.

Essential Skills & Experience Required:

  • Extensive experience in fulfilling data subject requests under the UK GDPR.
  • Strong knowledge of UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
  • Familiarity with guidance from the Information Commissioner’s Office.
  • Proven experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Excellent organisational skills and multitasking ability.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Methodical with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Highly motivated, focused, and proactive.
  • Confident IT skills, ideally with Google Workspace and Adobe Acrobat Pro, or at least Microsoft Office/365.

Desirable Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
  • Recognised data protection qualifications, e.g., UK GDPR Foundation/Practitioner, CIPP/E, CIPM.
