Are you an experienced Nursing Home Manager looking for a new opportunity? Our client, who operate a group of Nursing and Residential homes across the UK is on the hunt for a Home Manager to oversee their care home near East Grinstead

As the Home Manager, you'll be accountable for:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of Medium sized Residential and Nursing home
  • Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Managing and training staff
  • Conducting assessments to create, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans tailored for each resident.
  • Ensuring work areas and practices meet safety requirements and adhere to relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
  • Promoting residents independence, choice, dignity, and respect by delivering high-quality care and continuously seeking improvement.

The ideal Home Manager will have:

  • A nursing qualification
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Nursing Home management position
  • A good knowledge of CQC compliance
  • Evidence of Good, or Outstanding CQC inspections
