- Make decisions using professional expertise within a structured framework and using existing systems and policies.

- Provide support to the carers, with the necessary information to enable them to deliver a high-quality level of service to all clients. Â
- Demonstrable Regional Consultant/Regional Manager experience within the Healthcare/Homecare industry required.
- Level 3 qualification or above would be advantageous (not essential)
- Strong understanding of CQC requirements and guidelines.
- Positive, Confident and Empathetic approach.
- Salary from £29,000 depending on experience
- 20 days leave + bank holidays, increasing to 25 days leave after 2 years of service.
