A leading membership organisation that operates internationally are looking for anEventsManagerto be responsible formanaging anddevelopingall aspects of engaging, temporary outdoor pop-upevents, festivals, and experiencesaimed at maximising member retention, acquisition and value, along with revenue growth. As Manager, your role willinvolve coordinating all event production including third party vendors, sponsors, people assets, budgets and logistics - ensuring best practice with Health & Safety and contractors.

AsEvents Manager, your new role will involve:
  • Leading on the delivery of projects - producing and managing schedules and timelines to ensure resources and assets are aligned
  • Producing and managing Safety plans and risk assessments, alongside SAGs and H&S teams, and venues
  • Working closely and building relationships with partners such as sponsors on opportunities
  • Managing budgets, negotiating with suppliers and contractors
  • Liaising and building relationships with venues and sites
  • Providing post event feedback and analysis
  • Developing and managing the event booking system
  • Taking the lead on sustainability

I am very interested in speaking with candidates who have experience working as anEventsManager, Organiser, Producer, Executive,and who haveproven experience in outdoor events (such as pop-ups, festivals)in a commercial, customer-centric acquisition environment. I am also looking for experience insupplier, contractor and sponsormanagement, budget management and relationship management -as well as experienceusing an event booking system.

You will need to have afull UK driving licensefor this role as there will be the need to travel to sites on occasions.

Salary for this opportunity is c. £35,000 to £40,000 p.a. (depending on level of experience).
