Are you a dynamic, energetic individual with a passion for customer service and sales?

We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Coordinator to join our clients team in East Grinstead. This admin-focused role offers an exciting opportunity to lead sales efforts in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Job Details

  • Location: East Grinstead
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
  • Position: 100% site-based

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings
  • Book appointments and resolve queries
  • Liaise with admin team and consultants to manage appointments
  • Ensure clinic utilisation is at capacity
  • Focus on conversion and tracking of patient enquiries
  • Prepare sales quotations and price procedures
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all queries
  • Maximise enquiry conversion through excellent customer service skills
  • Overcome patient objections and sell against competitors
  • Utilise CRM and patient portal to manage and convert leads

Required Skills and Experience

  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to engage effectively with patients and team members
  • Sales background: Essential for meeting conversion targets
  • IT proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Strong work ethic: Capable of working with minimal supervision
  • Analytical approach: Able to problem-solve and seek answers for customers
  • Team player: Develop effective working relationships with colleagues
