Housekeeping Supervisor
Location: Outskirts of East Grinstead
Salary: Up to 30,000
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days a week (with alternate weekends)
Shift Pattern: Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (shift patterns to be discussed at interview)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the team to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently maintained
  • Oversee infection control processes and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure cleanliness is upheld
  • Manage cleaning rotas and stock ordering using an electronic system
  • Assist with meal-related tasks when required, including serving and clearing


What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
  • Knowledge of infection control procedures (preferred)
  • A team player with a caring, respectful approach to residents


A DBS check will be required prior to starting this role.
