Lloyd Recruitment Services is excited to be working with a leading organisation on the outskirts of East Grinstead, seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the team to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently maintained
- Oversee infection control processes and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Conduct regular audits to ensure cleanliness is upheld
- Manage cleaning rotas and stock ordering using an electronic system
- Assist with meal-related tasks when required, including serving and clearing
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
- Knowledge of infection control procedures (preferred)
- A team player with a caring, respectful approach to residents
A DBS check will be required prior to starting this role.
