Reed HR have partnered with a growing professional services firm based in West Sussex that is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. 

This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with a strong operational mindset, who can ensure efficiency and compliance in HR processes, policies, and systems. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the hiring of qualified candidates.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health, and wellness.
  • Oversee the company payroll.

Person Specification: 

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience of processing payroll. 
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
