What you'll be doing -

  • Managing HR administration processes across recruitment, on-boarding, promotions, and exits.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of three HR administrators, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Overseeing L&D administration, including the Learning Management System.
  • Supporting payroll processes and ensuring accuracy in HR data management.
  • Collaborating with managers to coordinate hiring, training, and employee support.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment regulations and internal HR policies.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.

What we are looking for -

  • CIPD Level 3 qualification (or above) with solid HR admin experience.
  • Proven leadership experience, managing direct reports in a fast-paced HR function.
  • Strong HR systems knowledge - experience with SAP and GSuite is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to multitask.
  • A proactive problem solver with a customer-first mindset.
  • Someone who can handle multiple priorities with confidence and professionalism.
