Lloyd Recruitment Services are working with an established, successful and very friendly education-based client as they seek to recruit an Administration Assistant to join their team at their site close to East Grinstead. This role is a full-time role (Mon-Fri) working 45 weeks of the year.

What's in it for you?

  • Salary £25,100 per annum (this is what you'd earn for working 45 weeks per year)
  • Full time permanent role - working 45 weeks per year, with 7 weeks holiday per year. Holidays to be taken in school holiday periods
  • Mon - Fri 08:45-17:00 with a 16:30 finish on a Friday
  • Role based close to East Grinstead. Due to rural location of the workplace, you will need to be a driver and have your own transport. There is plenty of free parking on site for all staff

Administration Assistant duties will include:

  • Undertake administrative duties including providing telephone cover and message service, processing mail and purchasing supplies
  • To ensure attendance registers are completed daily and are kept up to date
  • Ensure pupil records are kept up to date
  • To support the Business Manager in recruitment and day to day premises management of the site
  • To assist with document retention and general correspondence
  • Assisting the Business Manager with Health & Safety requirements throughout the site

Administration Assistant Experience, competencies and knowledge required:

  • Due to workplace location, you will need to be a driver and have your own transport
  • Good computer skills
  • Good admin experience
  • Requirement to take holidays outside of school term times
