We are very pleased to be working alongside our legal based client as they seek to recruit an Account Manager to join their friendly and professional teams at their offices in East Grinstead. This role is available due to excellent growth levels within the business.

Account Manager

Full time permanent role

Mon-Fri 0900-1730 (5pm finish on a Friday. Hybrid option available 3 days from office and 2 days working from home.

Role based in East Grinstead. Close proximity to town centre / railway station

Salary £25000 - £26000 per annum plus very good all round company benefits

The role - Account Manager

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, with a focus on commercial results. A good team player with the communication and organisation skills to operate across all levels of the business. Attention to detail will be key along with high standards of written work and accuracy.

Confident in creating Word, Powerpoint and Excel spreadsheets. With guidance and support, you will be a key team member in this small, family-owned business that operates at a top corporate level. You will be working closely with management to ensure that all tasks and projects are delivered seamlessly and on time.

Duties will include:

Responsible for managing a portfolio of business accounts

Ensure clients receive requested marketing materials, products, and services in a timely fashion.

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.

Preparation of Management Information

Assisting the Business Development Manager with mail outs, flyers and general tasks to support new business

Attending events as required to represent the business

Assisting with content creation, social media posts, sourcing and research, preparation of collateral, events and client collaborations

Team Meeting presentations and preparation

Experience, competencies and knowledge required:

PC Literate - proficient in Word, Powerpoint and Excel

Strong communicator with good attention to detail

Commercial awareness and business minded

Confident in face-to-face meetings with clients

Living within a close proximity to East Grinstead
