Junior Account Manager

Our Client is a specialist Will Writing company focusing primarily on providing Wills and related products to employees of large multinational companies based in East Grinstead. They are looking for a Junior Account Manager to

• Be directly responsible for managing a portfolio of business accounts
• Make sure clients receive requested marketing materials, products, and services in a timely fashion.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
• Preparation of Management Information for clients and benefit providers
• Assisting the BDM with mail outs, flyers and outreach tasks to support new business
• Webinars - scheduling, updating current collateral, technical support, providing video recordings and ensuring seamless delivery
• Roadshows - working closely with the Account Manager to organise logistics and collateral, ensuring seamless delivery to our new and existing clients
• Attending Roadshows and events as required, representing the company
• Assisting with content creation, social media posts, sourcing and research, preparation of collateral, events and client collaborations
• Team Meeting presentations and preparation

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, with a focus on commercial results. A good team player with the communication skills to operate across all levels of the business and client base. Attention to detail will be key and high standards of written work and accuracy.

Confident in creating Word, PPT, and XL spreadsheets. With guidance and support, you will be a key team member in this small, family-owned business that operates at a top corporate level. You will be working closely with their Account Manager ensuring that all tasks and projects are delivered seamlessly and on time. Also some capacity to work on Social Media posts, company website, events and client collaborations and collateral.
