We are working with an innovative company who are looking for a temp to join their small, supportive Purchasing team as a Purchasing Administrator.
Responsibilities:
- Generate project and purchase order reports in SAP
- Contact suppliers for updates on delivery dates and order confirmations
- Update SAP with revised delivery info and escalate to relevant teams
- Chase delivery info from sites and project teams
- Place web orders for items and consumables
- Obtain and update supplier documentation
- Help manage inbound/outbound shipment documentation
Requirements:
- Strong administrative experience
- Confident communication skills both written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- Purchasing experience is a plus, but not essential
