A Residential Conveyancer position is available in the East Grinstead area with an established high street practice.
The role involves managing a caseload of freehold and leasehold sales, re-mortgages, shared ownerships, matrimonial, and probate sales.
Candidates should have experience with Case Management systems, particularly DPS, and must be IT literate.
Additional experience in lease extensions or enfranchisement is advantageous, and support will be provided by another conveyancer and secretarial staff.
The position is open to Solicitors, CILEXs, or Licensed Conveyancers from a CQS recognized practice, with a salary of £35,000 to £45,000 depending on experience, and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required.

Our client is an established high street practice offering a range of legal services including Property, Private Client, Family law and Litigation.

You will be taking over an existing caseloadof freehold & leasehold sales/purchases, re-mortgages, shared ownerships, matrimonial and probate sales. Any additional experience with lease extensions or enfranchisement would be an advantage.

The successful individual will be supported by an additional conveyancer and secretarial support. You must be familiar with Case Management systems (particularly DPS) and be IT literate.

Some home/remote working way be considered, candidates will ideally be Solicitors, CILEXs or Licensed Conveyancers from a CQS recognised practice.
