Site Manager needed for a refurbishment and interior fit-out project at the Harwell Laboratory Complex near Didcot.
The role involves assisting the Project Manager with daily site operations, managing subcontractors, and conducting worker inductions.
Candidates must have experience in commercial refurbishment projects and hold a CSCS Card (Black or Gold), along with SMSTS/SSSST and First Aid certifications.
The position offers a flexible day rate based on experience, and an experienced Site Supervisor or Foreperson may also be considered.
On-site parking is available for the role.

Site Manager required to work closely with the Project Manager on a refurbishment / interior fit-out project within the Harwell Laboratory Complex close to Didcot.

The Site Manager will assist with the day-to-day running of the site, liaising with subcontractors, organising tasks for the site labour and delivering inductions to new workers. A laptop will be provided to record details of inductions and progress reports etc. Experience of commercial refurbishment/fit-out projects is essential.

CSCS Card essential (Black Card - or possibly Gold Card) along with SMSTS/SSSST and First Aid.

Day rate is flexible depending on experience. - potentially an experienced Site Supervisor/Foreperson will be considered.
