Area Service ManagerCar owner/driver preferredMy client prides themselves on empowering people with mental health and complex needs to live as independently as possible within their community.Due to a period of extended growth, they have an exciting opportunity within the company for a Cluster Service Manager, looking after their accommodation-based services in the East Sussex area in which there are currently 3 supporting living services you will need to have strong leadership skills and willingness to be flexible in your approach. The main functions of the role are detailed below:* Ensure the safe and effective delivery of service; following our person-centred ethos which build an individual's confidence and promote independence.??* Responsibility for managing and maintaining improvements in quality and compliance across your services, in line with the Quality Assurance Framework, to deliver improved outcomes for the people they support* Actively participate within the strategic vision of the organisation; identifying unmet local needs and devising solution-focused service developments, in partnership with business development colleagues?* Actively promote client involvement within your services and the company as a whole, being responsible for establishing measures of client satisfaction and seeking to improve this year on year* Accountable for delivering on budget for income and expenditure across servicesKey Skills & Experience:* Experience of implementing and meeting internal Quality Standards* Demonstrable Leadership and Management skills - including experience in performance management* Effectively manage, prioritise and delegate as appropriate within the services.* Experience of managing Budgets and be accountable for budgetary performance* Experience in growing a service and ensuring performance within budgetary constraintsDesirable Qualities:* Experience working with vulnerable or socially excluded groups* Experienced in producing Service Proposals and Assessment with MDT input.* Management of dispersed teams.* Experience of holding budget accountability across multiple services Benefits* You will receive full induction training and continued professional development* Excellent support from experienced management and the wider clinical leadership team* Access to our EAP program offering telephone support, full counselling services and discounts on a range of shops and services* A well being day in addition to annual leave, to use however you wish* 28 days annual leave, increasing with length of service up to 5 additional days* Staff recognition and rewards.We are NOT able to provide sponsorship with this role.If you feel this role is for you, we would love to hear from you today!
