The Credit Controller role is an integral position within the Accounting & Finance department. Based in Eastbourne, the position requires an eager individual with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of financial processes.

Description

As a credit controller your responsibilities will be:

  • Managing the credit control function and ensuring the timely collection of debts
  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers to facilitate payments
  • Resolving invoice disputes and queries promptly
  • Preparing monthly reports on debtor status
  • Implementing and maintaining credit policies and procedures
  • Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
  • Supporting the wider Accounting & Finance team with ad-hoc duties
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the department
