Description
As a credit controller your responsibilities will be:
- Managing the credit control function and ensuring the timely collection of debts
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers to facilitate payments
- Resolving invoice disputes and queries promptly
- Preparing monthly reports on debtor status
- Implementing and maintaining credit policies and procedures
- Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
- Supporting the wider Accounting & Finance team with ad-hoc duties
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the department
