Banqueting Head Chef - Eastbourne up to a £50k package
I am presently working with an exceptional company that are now looking for a Head Chef to take ownership of its events venue in the Eastbourne area.
Essential experience:
for this Banqueting Head Chef role you will need to be able to demonstrate you are comfortable with the following:
Either a Senior Sous or Head chef with a strong understanding of Events to 500 covers +
strong understanding for menu design and compilation offering innovative and seasonal offerings working with all fresh ingredients
A passion for working with fresh produce and great suppliers
strong commercial and financial acumen
organised, with excellent kitchen management skills
