Main Duties as an Electronics Engineer:

- Tackle technical challenges head-on by applying established problem-solving techniques and structured processes, including writing comprehensive 8D reports.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management to push the boundaries of new product offerings while maintaining feasibility and testability at both component and system levels.
- Foster strong relationships within the team and other disciplines, ensuring products meet safety, quality, and reliability expectations.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications needed for the Electronics Engineer role in Hastings:

- Good knowledge of mixed signal design, analogue and digital, with hands-on experience applying these principles to electronics products.
