- Oversee all operational functions of the business
- HR and staff management (6-12 People)
- Regular reviews of business performance and efficiency
- Facilities management
- Some Finance and Accounts responsibilities
- Have excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to motivate the Admin staff
- Good IT skills
- Experience of working in a legal environment is preferable but not essential
- The ability to be office-based Monday to Friday (no Hybrid)
- Experience from Management Accounts/Accounts payable, Supplier payments, VAT reconciliation etc would be beneficial
