An opportunity has arisen for an Office/Finance Manager to join a highly recommended and reputable firm that specialises in various areas of law to include conveyancing, commercial conveyancing, family matrimonial and litigation. Additional experience in an accounts or finance role would be highly advantageous.

This is a full-time, permanent role, based in Hastings.

What youll do as Office/Finance Manager:
  • Oversee all operational functions of the business
  • HR and staff management (6-12 People)
  • Regular reviews of business performance and efficiency
  • Facilities management
  • Some Finance and Accounts responsibilities
Were looking for an Office/Finance Manager with:
  • Have excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to motivate the Admin staff
  • Good IT skills
  • Experience of working in a legal environment is preferable but not essential
  • The ability to be office-based Monday to Friday (no Hybrid)
  • Experience from Management Accounts/Accounts payable, Supplier payments, VAT reconciliation etc would be beneficial
