operating across 5 venues in and around the Eastbourne area ranging from wet led bars to fine dining restaurants
An award wining group is now looking to expand the senior team with the appointment of a Head Mixologist to oversee and take ownership of the companies cocktail offering.
The Role of Head Mixologist
To take ownership of the Cocktail offerings across the group.
responsible for the writing, training and developing of unique and classical cocktails that are seasonally adjusted
Head Mixologist role will require someone with great experience, financial and commercial acumen and the ability to not only write and create innovative seasonal cocktails but roll them out across the group in training sessions.
