This forward-thinking firm in East Sussex is seeking a dedicated professional with a passion for delivering outstanding legal services tailored to individual client needs. About the Role: As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will:

Handle a range of general commercial property matters
Facilitate the purchase and sale of investment properties
Oversee residential and commercial development projects
Manage commercial leases and landlord-tenant matters
Work on cases related to agricultural property

You will need:

2-3 years of experience in commercial and commercial property law
Proven track record in managing diverse commercial property cases
Strong knowledge of property law, including landlord-tenant relationships and development processes
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Commitment to high ethical standards and professionalism
