Job Title: Commercial Property SolicitorLocation: Eastbourne BN21 4RXSalary: From £45,000 per annum, plus bonus (scope for higher salary based on experience)About the Role:Our clients are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their expanding department. This is a new role in addition to the existing team and this role will be expected to undertake business generation to win new clients and grow the team.This position offers flexibility with hybrid working options; however, you will be expected to spend a minimum of three days per week in the office to foster collaboration and team support. The workplace maintains a strong compliance framework and a no-blame culture, ensuring both professional security and support. With a commitment to work-life balance, our clients promote a family-friendly and supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:With the support of a full-time assistant, you will manage a caseload of commercial property matters, including property sales and purchases, land transactions, and lease negotiations. Opportunities are available to undertake corporate work, contingent on relevant training and experience.Qualifications and Skills:
  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial property
  • Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills
  • Organised and capable of managing multiple objectives and meeting deadlines
