Commercial Property Solicitor - East Sussex

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive has arisen for an established multi-office practice based in Eastbourne, East Sussex. Offered on a full-time permanent basis you will be working as a key member of an established team.

This role is well suited to a Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3 years post-qualification experience and offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a well-established and highly regarded commercial property practice.

The role

• Managing a diverse caseload of commercial property matters
• Leases, sales, planning and business financing matters
• Working on major projects and smaller matters

• Proven experience in a similar role ideally with 3 years PQE or more
• Experience in handling a diverse caseload of commercial property matters
