The client will consider applications from qualified solicitors with a minimum of 2 year demonstrable PQE.

Responsibilities.

1. Provide legal advice and guidance on various business matters, including corporate governance, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial agreements.

2. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and corporate policies.

3. Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

4. Advise on legal risks and potential liabilities that may impact the business.

5. Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and dispute resolutions.

6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external legal counsel, and regulatory authorities as needed.

7. Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations that may affect the business.

8. Assist with corporate restructuring, reorganisations, and other legal transactions.

9. Develop and implement training programs for employees on legal and compliance issues.

10. Provide strategic legal advice to senior management on business decisions and initiatives.
