Upon starting your new role, you will receive a one-time payment of £1000 within 14 days of your employment commencement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a caseload of Crime Work, including representation at the Police Station and Magistrates Court
  • Participate in the out of hours rota for Police Station attendance
  • Represent clients detained at police stations and provide legal advice and support
  • Attend on clients in the Magistrates Court and represent them during legal proceedings
  • Draft instructions to counsel and expert witnesses for court cases
  • Handle a wide variety of Crown Court cases and manage the defence strategy for each case effectively

The successful candidate for the specified position shall be entitled to receive a one-time payment of £1000 as a signing bonus, funded solely by NPA Recruit LTD. This payment shall be disbursed to the candidate within 14 days from the date of their commencement of new employment, subject to the agreed upon terms and conditions.
