A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE to join a thriving law firm in Sussex.

Role Requirements:

• Proficient in handling freehold and leasehold titles, drafting and negotiating contracts for sale, transfers, leases, and agreements for lease
• Experience in representing both landlords and tenants, as well as managing the acquisition and disposal of commercial properties
