Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality secretarial support to Fee Earners, including audio and digital dictation.
- Manage and maintain case files with efficiency and accuracy.
- Handle client queries professionally, both in person and over the phone.
- Assist with general office administration, including file management, photocopying, and correspondence handling.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and systems.
- Work effectively under minimal supervision while managing workload and deadlines.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and prioritise workload.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Professional and polite approach when dealing with clients and colleagues.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and flexible attitude.
