Job Title: Temporary HR Coordinator

Location: Eastbourne, UK

We are seeking a proactive and organised HR Coordinator to join our team temporarily in Eastbourne. The ideal candidate will support the HR department by coordinating various HR activities and ensuring efficient HR operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a good understanding of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing induction materials and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits and payroll.
  • Handle employee enquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Organise and coordinate training sessions and employee development activities.
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations as required.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an HR role is preferred.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
