We're delighted to be working with a leading national provider of home care is the appointment of Registered Manager for their growing business in East Sussex.
As the Registered Manager with CQC, you will be responsible for the overall management of the branch, ensuring the highest standards of care is provided to clients in their own homes. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations
- Leading and supporting a team of care coordinators and care staff
- Managing care plans, assessments, and ensuring person-centred support
- Driving business growth while maintaining high-quality care delivery
- Ensuring excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients and their families
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a domiciliary care management role
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- A good understanding of CQC regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication skills to engage with staff, clients, and stakeholders
- A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
- A full UK driving licence
Salary and benefits:
- Salary 40,000 - 45,000pa DOSE
- 28 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays)
