Are you an experienced VAT professional with a passion for precision and compliance? A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a VAT Compliance Supervisor to join a growing and dynamic team based in Chandlers Ford.

As a VAT Compliance Supervisor, you will oversee and manage VAT compliance processes, ensuring accurate and timely preparation, review, and submission of VAT returns. This is a key position requiring a strong understanding of UK VAT legislation, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to lead and support a team to meet deadlines effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the preparation and submission of VAT returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
  • Review VAT calculations, reconciliations, and adjustments completed by team members.
  • Provide guidance and training to the team, supporting their development and performance.
  • Assist management in ensuring daily activities are completed on time and to high standards.
