Page Personnel is partnering with an organisation based in Hedge End with their recruitment of an Accounts Assistant to join their accountancy team on an ongoing temporary basis. This role reports to the Finance Manager and is ideal for someone with a varied transactional finance skillset.

Our client, based in Hedge End, has gone through a period of growth and is looking to expand their team to cope with the additional work load. The role requires you to go into the office 3 times per week and offers free parking on site.
Description
As the Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Processing supplier invoices
- Preparing weekly payment runs
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Bank reconciliations
- Looking after the petty cash
- Daily banking
Profile
In order to be considered for the Accounts Assistant role, you must:
- Have previously worked in a similar role and be able to demonstrate this
- Be immediately available or on short notice
- Be able to multi task
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be able to use finance software confidently
