Our client, a renowned company within the finance sector, is currently seeking a Finance Administrator (Bank Reconciliations & AP) to join their team in Eastleigh on a 9-month fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations for allocated accounts using Aurum, ensuring all unreconciled items and queries are investigated
  • Ensure timely payment of routine monthly payments while maintaining associated reconciliations and escalating issues to internal stakeholders where necessary
  • Support the timely and accurate ingestion of supplier invoices and assist the business with queries to ensure payment to terms
  • Provide support to the wider Cash Management team as required
  • Ensure effective communication at all levels, including within the Financial Operations management team and peer group
Job Requirements:
  • Strong numeric skills and attention to detail for handling large volumes of data and accurate accounts reconciliations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate to higher level Excel skills
  • Previous experience in a finance environment is desirable, but not essential
  • Positive attitude towards flexibility and openness to change
