Caretaker 

Chandlersford

Part-time 30 hours per week

Reed Recruitment (Southampton branch) are recruiting for a permanent, part-time hours, school caretaker, for a primary school in Chandlersford. An Enhanced DBS check will be conducted for the successful applicant.

Duties include:

• Primary keyholder for the school and responsible for unlocking the site daily

• Routine maintenance and grounds work- e.g., painting, sweeping, minor repairs

• Liaising with contractors to manage more significant repairs and project work

• Completing regular health and safety and statutory checks- e.g., legionella testing, fire alarm testing, health and safety checks.
