- Working across various property types, completing repairs and refurbishments to a high standard.
- Collaborating as part of a trade team, often working to tight deadlines and schedules.
- Providing excellent customer service while working in occupied and void properties.
- Proven experience across a variety of carpentry and plumbing tasks.
- A minimum NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent time-served experience in carpentry, masonry, or plumbing.
- Confident and competent in non-core trades.
- Experience in a multi-trade team environment.
- A full, clean UK driving licence.
- Physically fit and capable of manual work.
