A Fantastic opportunity has arisen to join Meachers doing pallet network deliveries in the Local Southampton area.
Location
Fair Oak Depot
Hours of work
- Day Shift Hours between 07:00 and 18:00
- 48-Hrs Basic week
- Saturday mornings Rota basis 1 in 7
- Occasional need for 03.30 am start (Rotad basis 1 week in 7)
Skills and experience
- Class 2 license
- Be great at working within time limits.
- Have strong attention to detail and able to deliver goods safely and following pallet network procedures.
- Good IT skills utilising latest mobile Technology
- Following correct load securing procedures, ensuring compliance
- Keeping compliant with all DVSA laws.
- Tail-lift experience desirable.
- Strong communication with office with any issues or delays.
- Local knowledge of Southampton desirable.
Pay scale 10A Warehouse Operations
- Basic Rate £13.40 per hour
- Overtime £15.00 per hour
- Basic 45-hours £643.20 per week
- Saturday £15.00 (Min 4 hours)
- Sunday £20.00 per hour (Min 5 hours)
