Location: Eastleigh, HampshireHours: this is a 37 hour week, Monday to Friday.Please note, this starts as a temporary position for 12 weeks, with guarantee to go permanent for the right candidate. As a Training Coordinator, you will:

Implement on-boarding and training sessions, covering policies (Health & Safety, IT Training, Core Company Values...)
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth on-boarding process.
Meet with managers to discuss where further training and assisting is needed to be put in place.
Provide additional training to individuals where necessary.
Carry out performance reviews.
Completing supporting administration.
Travel to other offices to implement training plans.
To be a point of contact regarding training and on-boarding within the business.

Ideally, you will be/have:

Experience in a training based role (required)
Strong communication skills.
Excellent level of Microsoft Office packages.
An organised and structured approach to work.
