Location: Eastleigh, HampshireHours: this is a 37 hour week, Monday to Friday.Please note, this starts as a temporary position for 12 weeks, with guarantee to go permanent for the right candidate. As a Training Coordinator, you will: 
  • Implement on-boarding and training sessions, covering policies (Health & Safety, IT Training, Core Company Values...)
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth on-boarding process.
  • Meet with managers to discuss where further training and assisting is needed to be put in place. 
  • Provide additional training to individuals where necessary. 
  • Carry out performance reviews. 
  • Completing supporting administration. 
  • Travel to other offices to implement training plans. 
  • To be a point of contact regarding training and on-boarding within the business. 
Ideally, you will be/have:
  • Experience in a training based role (required)
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent level of Microsoft Office packages. 
  • An organised and structured approach to work.
