Showroom Host Full Time

Brook Street UK Ltd are looking for a Showroom Host based in Hedge End for Full time hours.

Objectives:

• Deliver the highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times.
• Provide a pleasant and courteous welcome to all customers and visitors, promoting the company's professional image.
• Answer all internal and external calls promptly and direct them efficiently.
• Support the Retailer in achieving industry-leading standards of process efficiency and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry guidelines.
• Keep the Reception/Welcome Area clutter-free at all times.
• Keep personal items out of sight.

Performance Measures:

• Showroom Audit
• Customer satisfaction (CEM)
• Conversion and follow-up rates
• Mystery Shopping
• Quarterly & Annual Reviews

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately record each sales opportunity, contact, and follow-up in the daily activity control system.
• Maintain the Service Log throughout the day and update customers accordingly.
• Assist the Sales Manager / Brand Manager in planning sales campaigns and promotions to maximise vehicle sales.
• Approach and greet customers promptly and courteously at all times.
• Handle dissatisfied customers calmly, resolve complaints with sensitivity, and involve the Sales Manager / Aftersales Manager or Brand Manager when needed.
• Maintain a tidy work area.
• Perform ad-hoc clerical duties during busy or peak times.
